Texas state has awarded a contract for 55 new IdentoGO fingerprint scanning centers to MorphoTrust, making it the first state to implement the company's new commercial enrolment platform.

Texas’ Department of Public Safety's Fingerprint Applicant Services of Texas (FAST) plans to expand its current network of 93 enrolment facilities to include new locations – specifically in more rural areas.

Civilians applicants seeking licensure, employment and volunteer opportunities in Texas at agencies including the Board of Nursing, the Department of Family and Protective Services and the Texas Education Agency can now use MorphoTrust's commercial enrolment platform.

“We are excited to partner with Texas as we expand the enrolment locations required to serve more than 800,000 Texans each year, particularly those in rural areas who will now have greater access,” said Bob Eckel, CEO of MorphoTrust.

Our enrolment services and technology platform offer security, accuracy, reliability and convenience. We look forward to rolling out the new enrollment centers throughout Texas in support of its programs.”

MorphoTrust's commercial enrolment platform also formed the basis for Universal Enrollment Services (UES) for the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
