Precise Biometrics CFO leaves the company

Swedish fingerprint hardware and software firm Precise Biometrics has announced that Tommy Nilsson, CFO and member of the management team, has resigned.

Nilsson is leaving Precise Biometrics (PREC.ST) for personal reasons. Tommy Nilsson will fulfill his duties until a replacement is appointed. The company initiates a search process to find his successor.

“I am sorry to see Tommy leaving Precise Biometrics, but understand and respect his decision,” said Håkan Persson, CEO of Precise Biometrics.
