Isreali identity solutions firm FST Biometrics today announced that it has received Lenel factory certification under the Lenel OpenAccess Alliance Program (OAAP).

FST Biometrics' IMID (In Motion Identification) Access Version 3.6 was certified to work with the OnGuard access control system versions 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3, providing a seamless interface between their databases and swift identification of authorized users through FST’s unique fusion of biometric technologies.

“FST Biometrics has completed required factory testing at Lenel to validate the functionality of its interface to OnGuard. IMID Access 3.6 offers users the benefit of not needing to slow down or stop in order to be identified; instead users can walk through access points and be identified quickly and accurately for efficient, secure access,” said Zach Roth, OAAP Director of Strategic Alliances, Lenel. “We look forward to their continued involvement in the Lenel OpenAccess Alliance Program.”

“We are delighted to have received Lenel Factory Certification for the latest version of our product, IMID Access 3.6, strengthening our alliance with Lenel’s OAAP,” states Arie Melamed, chief marketing officer of FST Biometrics. "As we introduce improvements to our product, it is critical that we maintain our ability to align with our partners’ solutions such as Lenel’s OnGuard system. This makes our combined solutions accessible to more end users who seek an accurate and convenient secure access experience."
