“We are excited to show the Arab market how Aratek’s multi-factor authentication and multi-biometric technology can help solve its real-world problems in security and safety,” he said. “With security and safety being on top of the agenda of many Middle East governments, Aratek’s innovations such as TruFace are certain to find their way into a whole range of applications,” Wu said.

TruFace is Aratek’s new line of facial recognition and matching devices. The breakthrough series includes the BA8100, BA8200 and BD8500 terminals that powered by Aratek’s patented TrustFace algorithm, allowing hardware-independent live face detection system. Also the BA8200 and BD8500 terminals which combine facial and fingerprint recognition for unparalleled security and reliability.

“This is a game-changer. Since the live face detection system requires no extra hardware, TruFace is a truly cost-effective and reliable face-enforced solution suitable for a wide range of applications such as border control, access control, secure identification, and more,” Wu added.

Also expected to generate interest among security and safety professionals in the region is Marshall, Aratek’s best-selling terminal which seamlessly integrates registration, matching, printing, and other functions into one highly-portable module. For example, the Marshall-M uses multi-factor authentication, combining MRZ functionalities with a whole suite of other factors such as facial, fingerprint, NFC applications to deliver peerless security.

Aratek is also set to demo its latest BM7550 terminal which integrates face, fingerprint, and contactless NFC in one complete package. The terminal supports both wired and wireless connectivity for the ultimate reliability in data transfer, being equipped with USB Type-A, Micro USB (OTG) and RJ45.
